How to convert cow dung into organic fertilizer
Cow dung is a kind of waste for the cattle farms. It has become the heat focus that whether cow dung can be re-developed and fully utilized. Nowadays this problem is no longer a problem. With the emergence of various advocacy and encouragement policies for the development of the organic fertilizer industry by the national and local governments, the time for large-scale and industrialized development of commercial organic fertilizer for cow dung is coming.
How to make cow dung into organic fertilizer? What kind of organic fertilizer equipment is needed? Let Zhengzhou Shunxin Engineering Equipment tells you:
Step 1: Fermentation
After collecting cow dung and cow urine and mixing it with hay, rotten silage and so on, you need to make compost and then let it ferment. In the fermentation process, the compost turner equipment is used to fully ferment the cow dung, which can only be achieved by turning the pile in time and evenly. If some places are very dry and some places are very wet, it will affect the quality of fermentation.
Step 2: Crushing and mixing the ingredients
After mixing the composted materials, inorganic fertilizers like N, P, K and other raw materials in the batching bin, they will be crushed and mixed in a certain proportion by the new type vertical crusher and horizontal mixer.
Step 3: Granulating
In this step, there is a new type organic fertilizer granulator to granulate materials.
Step 4: Screening and recycling system
The granular material from the granulation molding system has a certain difference in pellets size. Therefore, it needs to be sieved and classified. The selected rotary screening machine has many advantages such as high screening efficiency, low noise, small amount of dust, long service life and so on. It is recommended to be equipped with an automatic return system to screen out unqualified large and small pellets and send them through a belt elevator to the new type organic fertilizer granulator to continue pelletizing after being crushed again, which will help improve the continuous operation capacity of the cow dung organic fertilizer production line.
Step 5: Drying
Through the rotary drum drying machine, the moisture are further removed from sieved pellets so that to meet the standard requirements of organic fertilizer moisture content.
Step 6: Cooling
The granular materials need to be cool by using the rotary drum cooling machine, which helps to keep the granules in storage and guaranteeing quality.
Step 7: Packaging
The granular materials cooled by the rotary drum cooling machine are transported into the finished product warehouse through the bucket elevator. Granular materials can be quantitatively weighed and packaged through single (double) bucket automatic packing scale.
