How Much is the Size of Organic Fertilizer Fermentation Workshop Reasonable?
Organic fertilizer production is a coherent process. If the fermentation plant is too small, it will cause insufficient raw materials, which will affect the stability of organic fertilizer production. On the contrary, if the fermentation workshop is too large, it will increase the land cost. Therefore, it is also important to rationally design the size of the fermentation plant. So how is the size of the fermentation plant calculated?
1. Calculate the volume of matured fertilizer
We all know that fermentation takes a certain amount of time, generally takes 15-20 days, so the raw materials fermented in the fermentation workshop should be the total amount of production for 20 days. It takes one day to produce the fertilized fertilizer needed for one day. Fresh raw materials, so that the stability of production can be guaranteed. If the annual output is 100,000 tons, we produce 330 days per year. That is, the production is about 300 tons per day, and the amount of 20 days is 6,000 tons. The decomposed raw material weighs about 700 kilograms per cubic centimeter, so the volume of the fermented fertilizer is about 8,500 cubic meters. It can also be calculated according to the production time of the production line. When you add your organic fertilizer production line, it will produce 3 tons, and it will produce 10 hours per day. The organic fertilizer produced every day is 30 tons, the 20-day quantity is 600 tons, and the fertilizer volume is 850 cubic meters. The volume of organic fertilizer after fermentation will be reduced compared with that before fermentation. The proportion of reduction will be different depending on the raw materials. Generally, the fertilizer after fermentation will be reduced by 1/3 to 1/2 compared with that before fermentation. This will calculate the volume of fresh fertilizer needed.
2. Calculate the area of reasonable workshop according to the fermentation process
There are three main fermentation processes for organic fertilizer manufacturers: trough aerobic fermentation, strip compost fermentation, and organic fertilizer fermenter fermentation.
Trough aerobic fermentation is a relatively efficient fermentation process. The thickness of fertilizer is generally between 1.5 and 1.6 meters, and can reach 3 meters. However, the higher the thickness, the larger the groove width. The higher the configuration requirements. If you want to turn over 5,000 cubic meters of organic fertilizer raw material, the thickness of the fertilizer is 15 meters, the area of the fermentation tank should be 3333.3 square meters, and the area of the fermentation workshop should be slightly larger than 3333.3 square meters (excluding the area of raw materials for stacking).
